Marcus Aurelius Meditations

Contemplations is a progression of individual compositions by Marcus Aurelius, Roman Ruler 161-180 CE, that represent his thoughts on unemotional way of thinking. Marcus Aurelius used the Greek Koine as a source of guidance and self-improvement to write 12 books on meditation. Conceivable enormous pieces of the work were written in Sirmium, where he invested a lot of energy arranging the tactical missions from 170 to 180. Some of them were composed while at Aquincum on a mission in Pannonia, for interior notes let us know that the subsequent book was composed when he was crusading against the Quadi on the Granova Stream (current Hron) and the third book is composed at Carnuntum.

It isn't clear assuming he expected to distribute the compositions, so the title Reflections is only one of a few titles committed to the gathering. These writings are in the form of quotes that can be as short as one sentence or as long as a whole paragraph.
